Our Services at Snowdon Grange

We cover all the cleaning needs across the development. We started our contracted work on the site last year with regular welfare cabin cleaning, ensuing that sites welfare facilities meet the required health & safety standards. 

As the development went on, plots were beginning to be erected, the first of these was the show homes and marketing suite. 

We carried out a comprehensive build clean to each showhouse and the marketing suite. This was followed a week later with a sparkle clean to bring the collective work of each trade together and present the home in the best light possible. 

We now take care of the showhomes and marketing suite longterm, with regular contracted show home cleaning, ensuring standards are met so that customer can explore the showhomes in a sanitised and perfectly polished environment.  

We have been providing Kier at Snowdon Grange with a variety of construction cleaning services, from build cleans, re-cleans and sparkle cleans. This also includes window cleaning services, which is carried out on each stage of the cleaning program. The window can be clean by either traditional window cleaning methods or using our Ionic Reach & Wash Water-Fed Pole System. 

Other services are available upon request from the site management team, such as high-pressure jet washing services and in recent times we have enhanced coronavirus disinfection and decontamination services, designed to protect the site workers against the risk of harmful infection.
