Our latest contract, restaurant cleaning in Bristol is for a gourmet burger restaurant called Bronx Burger Co, located on The Mall in Bristol’s Clifton Village. 

Founded in 2018 by two brothers, Bronx Burger Co. is the latest restaurant to set up shop in the quaint and beautiful Clifton Village suburb of Bristol. 

 

 

A stones-throw away from the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge and the Avon Gorge beneath, Bronx Burger Co. has moved into one of the most sort-after locations in Bristol, with the ambition  to combine the finest food with the great atmosphere – and they seem to have achieved just that.

Bronx Burger Co pride itself in producing hand-made, gourmet burgers; sourcing only the finest grass-fed aged meat, complimented by their signature bun recipe. 

The meat is sourced from one the finest butchers in Clifton and in Bristol, for that matter – Ruby & White, located on Whiteladies Road, while all other ingredients are sourced locally. 

Unlike most specialist burger restaurants, which often get buns delivered from bakeries, at Bronx Burger Co the buns are made fresh on-site each morning using their signature bun recipe – ensuring complete perfection. 

The demand for their food has been immense since opening for collection and delivery  in March, with hundreds of customers ordering online. Now that the pandemic restrictions are being eased, they will be welcoming their first customers for a dine-in experience as of May 17. 

When they open their doors for dining in, customers can choose from a selection of beers from locals Bristol breweries and a range of high-quality wine.
