Our Latest Contract with Countryside Partnerships – Sulis Down

Sulis Down, located on the southern edge of the City of Bath, is a brand new housing development constructed by Countryside Partnerships.

This site is one of our latest house building cleaning projects and the first time working for Countryside Partnership. The contract is for all cleaning works across the site, this includes build cleans to sparkle cleans, window cleaning, show home and sale suite cleaning, and cabin welfare cleaning. 

 

 

The show home is now up and ready, glistening clean and open to viewing. We finished then build clean and first sparkle clean a coupe of weeks ago, and are now carrying out the regularly scheduled show home and sales suite cleans to maintain the impeccable standards throughout the developments timeline.

We started works at Sulis Down in March this year, maintaining the daily cleaning for the site welfare facilities – which we will be carryout throughout the entire project lifespan, which is planned to last for the next 4 years.   

 

 

The site boasts a range of two-bedroom apartments and two, three, four and five-bedroom houses. set beside an idyllic countryside setting whilst still being within easy reach of Bath city centre (just 2.5 miles away)

The whole site sits within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Bath’s World Heritage Site.

The development will consist of 171 dwellings, of which 40% will be affordable. The properties, designed by renowned architect Ben Pentreath, “create a beautiful new additional to the architecture of Bath, but one which draws on a local Arts & Crafts vernacular rather than the formal, classical Georgian language found in the City centre”.

 

 

Using natural Bath Stone, extensive use of stone walling and stone slate roofs, the development draws architectural elements “closely from the Cotswold tradition”. 

The stunning site, presented by Countryside, will go a long way in creating quality homes for the community in a high-demand market.
