We have made significant advancement in our Wiltshire construction cleaning project, completing more than 50 build cleans across 50 plots, including secondary re-cleans, and the final handover sparkle cleans. 

Our work at the development started way back in 2019, which, at that time, included regular cabin & welfare cleaning to the sites compound and offices. The Linden Home Spinnaker development launched its official ribbon cutting ceremony back in February of 2020, with the opening of the show homes. 

The development has transformed greatly over the course of a year, with a significant portion of the planned homes to be built already raised up from the ground with families moving in and starting a new chapter of their lives.

The Spinnaker development by homebuilder Linden Homes, is located next to the beautiful Eden Vale Lake – the home of Westbury Sailing Club, with local amenities just minutes away. 

The site, once complete, will be home to 126 families or individual and will comprise of a combination of high-specification 3 and 4 bedroom homes, starting at £136,638.
