Bar & Restaurant Cleaning in Cheltenham Complete

November 23, 2021 6:04 pm Published by

We recently carried out a deep clean to a Cheltenham town centre bar & restaurant over the course of a single day, to ensure that the venue is presented perfectly with an exceptional standard of hygiene throughout.

Situated in the heart of the Cheltenham, a regency spa town on the edge of the Cotswolds in the county of Gloucestershire, the independently run bar and restaurant, The Clarence Social, is rather inconspicuous from the street, but warm, inviting and stylish the moment you step through the door. Offering classic British dishes and cocktails, with space spanning three floors for guests to eat, drink and hold private parties.

We frequently carry out bar & restaurant cleaning in Cheltenham and the surrounding area. Offering a range of cleaning services to venues, such as pubs, clubs, bars, restaurants and café – which include one-off deep cleans and regularly schedules cleans, window cleaning and more – we are experienced in improving and maintaining the standards of hygiene and overall appearance of such venues.

We always advise any venue that serves food to carryout periodic deep cleans to their venue, to ensure that they have an excellent hygiene level to help keep their customers safe, but also, as mentioned, to lift up and improve the appearance of both the external and internal areas, making the experience more enjoyable for diners and guests.

This venue, The Clarence Social, required a deep clean to the front of house guest areas, which included the dining areas, stairwell and toilets.

Our experienced bar & restaurant cleaning team of 4 cleaning technicians were more than capable to deliver exactly what the venue management asked for.

The Deep Cleaning Process

With our vast knowledge of specialist cleaning chemical solutions, we know what the best method is to prevent chemical damage to surfaces, while also lifting and removing dirt and grime from surfaces.

Starting from the lower level basement, and working up and out, we deep cleaned the toilets using specialist cleaning solutions and employing various specialist cleaning machines, such as a rotary scrubber and floor scrubber & dryer, brightening up the walls and tiled floor almost instantly.

The stairwell, with its wood flooring, had a slight build-up of black dirt and grime, a very common occurrence in almost any type of venue that has a high capacity of guests walking throughout the building. This type of build-up can be a challenge for venue cleaning staff to remove on a daily basis, almost impossible without specialist machines, like the ones we have in our kit.

Our floor rotary scrubber, along with our specialist chemical cleaning solution, agitates the top layer of the floors surface, breaking down the trapped dirt with ease.

Working our way up and out to the front, to where the bar is located and where guests sit and dine, we polished from top to bottom – tables, fitting and all.

Our kit includes Brasso metal polish, used to polish and buff up all of the brass kick plates, bar footrail and brass fittings throughout the bar.

The floors throughout the bar and seating area were scrubbed back using our Taski floor scrubber & dryer, both tiled and wood flooring. Finally, to bring everything together, we applied two layers of emulsion floor polish, leaving the wood floor to shine and sparkle to perfection.

As a leading commercial cleaning contractor and specialist in pub, bar and restaurant cleaning in Cheltenham and the Gloucestershire area, you can have confidence that your venue’s cleaning standards will be enhanced, and if you wish to keep it this way, we can maintain it for you for complete peace of mind.
