Ashberry Homes at Pirton Fields
March 1, 2021 7:41 pmOur construction cleaning division is going from strength-to-strength with yet another construction cleaning contract acquired, this time from homebuilder Ashberry Homes, for an impressive housebuilding development within the Gloucestershire area.
Pirton Fields is our latest project with Ashberry Homes (a division of Bellway Homes) which is located off Cheltenham Road East, Churchdown, a semi-rural village that sits between the City of Gloucester and Cheltenham.
Churchdown is located less than 1 mile from the M5 motorway, with the closest junction a 4-mile drive away. Its unique spot, situated between Gloucester and Cheltenham makes Pirton Fields a great location for an easy commute to either centre and with close access to the M5, you can be on your way to Bristol, to the south, or Worcester, to the north, in no time at all.
Though we are set to provide construction cleaning services to only Ashberry Homes, Pirton Fields is a joint development by both Ashberry Homes and Bellway Homes.
Part of the planning agreement for the development, the housebuilders Ashberry Homes and Bellway Homes will invest nearly £5 million in local education facilities, of which more than £500,000 is set to go towards pre-school places in the area, £2.7 million is set to go towards primary education and £1.7 million to provide Chosen Hill School in Churchdown with additional facilities.
The local roads and Elmbridge Court roundabout have investments set towards them for improvement, totalling more than £760,000.
The Pirton Field development will provide the community with 465 homes, including 163 affordable homes for local people through rent or shared ownership.
Ashberry Homes will build 97 homes on the site, of which 32 will be affordable.
Pirton Fields will comprise a range of one and two-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom bungalows and two, three and four-bedroom houses, prices range from £298,995 to £474,995.
Our Services at Pirton Fields
As for the majority of our construction cleaning projects, we will be suppyling Ashberry Homes at Pirton Fields with all of their construction cleaning needs throughout the entirety of the project.
We have already begun with the regularly scheduled welfare cabin cleaning to the site compound and management office at Pirton Fields.
As the development progresses, we will be expected to complete to exceptional standards a structured cleaning programme which includes; build cleans, re-cleans, and the final handover sparkle clean to each newly built plot across the site.
A structured cleaning programme ensures a smooth transition through each stage of the build process, by clearing and cleaning the dust, debris and other contaminants that can arise during construction. Clearing and cleaning the internal environment and the external of the property exposes the works carried out and completed by trades, giving the management team the ability to inspect the finish and determine if changes or improvement need to be made.
Along with the core cleaning phases, our team of expert CSCS accredited construction window cleaners will carefully carry out window cleaning to the internal and external of each plot. Our skilled window cleaning team will utilise different techniques to ensure the glass is left flawless – this can include traditional window cleaning, specialist acid wash & pressure systems to remove render or mortar from glass windows or our state-of-the-art Reach & Wash™ water-fed pole systems which use purified water.
Additional services, which are always available to our clients include; marketing & show home cleaning services, high-pressure jet washing services, deep cleaning services and specialist coronavirus disinfection & decontamination.
